    1 c Spinach, fresh
    1 sm Banana, frozen
    1 sm Oranges (remove some of the peel - not all)
    1TB Coconut (Shredded)
    1sm Carrots, raw
    1TB Cashew Raw

    1c. Water, bottled


Put all ingredients in VitaMix
Whiz on high until blended

Serve over ice

May add dates if a sweeter blend is desired
