    3 lbs. Ground Chuck
    3 Med. Onions
    46 oz. Chili Hot Beans
    3 -14 1/2 oz. Cans Diced Tomatoes (Chili)
    1 - 46 oz. Tomato Juice
    1 Garlic Clove
    Salt, Pepper, Cayenne & Chili Powder to taste


Brown the hamburger & drain off fat. Chop the onions in chunks. Chop the garlic fine. Add the Onions, Tomatoes, Beans & Tomato Juice. Mix well. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for an hour or more.
