Ingredients

Chicken Breasts, no skin, 3 breasts, bone and skin removed
Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 8 tsp
Paprika, 2 tsp
Pepper, black, 2 tsp
plain, nonfat Greek yogurt, 1 cup
garlic powder, 2 tsp
Bread Crumbs, Panko (1/2 cup or 30g)
Tips
My recipe calculation may not match the nutrition info on Michael's video - it would depend on how big your chicken breasts are. His are 5oz each, not sure how big they are in the recipe calculator.
Directions
Mix the nonfat yogurt, mustard, paprika, pepper and garlic powder. Rinse chicken in water, allow to dry a bit. Dredge each chicken breast in your yogurt-spice mixture until each piece is completely covered.
Place in a foil-lined dish, sprinkle Panko bread crumbs over the top, and cover dish with foil.
Cook at 400 degrees F for 60 min. In last 5 minutes, remove foil top and broil until Panko is brown and crispy.
One serving is one chicken breast (about 5 oz). Calories will shift a bit depending on the size of the chicken breasts used.
