Ingredients

    4 cups of spinach
    1 1/2 hard boiled egg
    1/4 of med. purple onion, sliced thin
    1 oz of blue cheese, crumbled

Directions

Place sliced egg, thinly sliced onion, and 1oz crumbled blue cheese over spinach leaves in one bowl.Toss right before serving.
