Ingredients

Tyson Ground Chicken, 16 oz
Beans, Fat Free Refried Beans, Taco Bell (can)
Taco Seasoning (Great Value-1 pkg)
Cheddar Cheese, 2 cup,
shredded Romaine Lettuce (salad), 2 cup, shredded
Daisy Light Sour Cream, 6 tbsp
ChiChis Mild Thick and Chunky Salsa, 1 cup
Great Value Corn Tortilla 6 soft taco size
Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped
Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
Chopped green onion
Directions
In a large skillet, cook chicken, green pepper, and onion over medium heat until meat is cooked through. Drain. Stir in the salsa and taco seasoning and heat through.
Spread 3/4 cup meat mixture in bottom of greased 11-in. x 7-in. baking dish.
Layer with two tortillas, spread 1/3 of can of refried beans on tortillas, the spread a third of the remaining meat mixture, and 1/2 cup cheese on top of beans. Repeat layers. Top with remaining tortillas, and meat mixture.
Cover and bake at 375° for 30 minutes. Uncover; sprinkle with remaining cheese and top with chopped green onions.
Bake 10-15 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
Garnish with lettuce and sour cream (or other toppings) if desired.
