    12 ounces eye of round beef
    5 medium potatoes peeled, chopped
    2 cups carrots
    1 large onion
    fresh garlic, chopped
    1 can each corn and green beans
    2 tsps canola oil
    4 cups Emerils fat free beef stock
    spices to taste


Brown beef and fresh garlic in canola oil, add wine and spices to taste. In crock pot add beef stock and vegetables, add in browned meat/wine mixture. cook on high for about 3 hours. Enjoy!
