Top Round or low-fat cut of beef, 2lbs
1 onion
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
Button mushrooms
Allegro mesquite marinade
Tips
Allegro is the best marinade for beef, but if you can't find it, try Lowry's mesquite marinade (better for chicken).
Directions
In the morning:
Cut beef into cubes; put in ziploc bag. Add enough marinade to completely cover beef. Place wooden skewers in water to soak.
When you're ready to cook:
Cut onion and peppers into one inch squares. Alternate onion, peppers, mushrooms, and beef cubes on skewers. Place on medium-hot grill, rotating every five minutes.
