These are basic sweet crepes, good for breakfast or dessert. These are basic sweet crepes, good for breakfast or dessert.
Number of Servings: 5


    1/2 cup flour
    2/3 cup 1% milk
    1 egg
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    2 tbs granulated sugar


Delicious for breakfast or dessert with fresh berries and a little Nutella. These are very versatile.


Cook in a non-stick pan over a medium fire. Pour into pan and swirl around till you have a thin layer. Flip when edges start to brown. Cook for about 30 more seconds.
