Ingredients

    6 medium potatoes
    1 large dill pickle
    4 scallions
    4 hard boiled eggs
    1/4 c mayo with olive oil
    1/4 c 1% milk
    1 TBSP yellow mustard
    1/2 tsp garlic salt
    1/4 tsp garlic powder
    pepper to taste


Tips

This recipe tastes best when it can be chilled


Directions

Boil eggs. Boil potatoes until al dente. Dice eggs, potatoes dill pickle, and scallions. Mix in large bowl with mustard.

In a separate bowl mix mayo, milk, garlic salt and powder for dressing.

Pour over potato, egg mixture.

Chill for about an hour and serve
