    12 eggs
    1 lb. breakfast sausage
    bell pepper
    red potatoes


Cook sausage. Chop bell peppers and potatoes. Whisk together eggs and milk. Add peppers, potatoes, and sausage to eggs. Grease 9x9 glass container. Pour mixture into container.
Bake 375 for 30 minutes (until eggs are done)
