    1 cup peanut butter
    1 1/3 cup Splenda
    1 egg or 1/4 cup egg substitute
    1 tsp vanilla extract


Mix ingredients together in a large bowl, then drop onto cookie sheet. Press with fork to make criss-cross indentations.

Bake at 375 for 13-15 minutes.

Note: The nutrition facts for these cookies remain about the same if you use 1 1/3 cups sugar instead of the Splenda. The Splenda ones didn't turn out for me even though that is what the original recipe calls for.
