    1 Cup The Baker's Pantry dry mix
    1/3 Cup 1% Milk
    2 large eggs
    2 tbsp salted butter, melted and cooled


My particular waffle iron takes 1 minute for each side.


1) Preheat waffle iron
2) Place mix in medium size mixing bowl
3) Add eggs, milk and whisk slowly until smooth. Whisk butter until combined
4) Pour 1/2 cup of batter onto preheated surface
5) Follow manufacturer's instructions for your waffle iron.

Serving Size: Makes 2 Belgian Waffles
