    Plain flour 200 gram(s)
    Baking Powder, 2 tsp
    Oats Scottish Porridge oats with oat/wheat bran, 125 gram(s)
    Coconut desiccated unsweetened 30 gram(s)
    Egg, fresh, 3 medium
    Brown sugar Stevia Light at Heart 75 gram(s)
    Extra Virgin Italian Olive Oil Organic 150 gram(s)
    Banana, fresh, 3 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) mashed with
    Lemon juice 20 gram(s)


Sprinkle coconut on top before baking or add walnuts or pecan nuts to batter.


Mash bananas with lemon juice and set to one side. Beat all except bananas together to a smooth batter. Add bananas and mix well.
Bake at 170 C fan oven for 15 minutes
