Ingredients

    12 eggs
    1 bunch green onions
    1 cup of shredded cheese
    Ms. Dash (or comparable)
    3 tbs bacon bits (Hormel)
    1/4 Cup Milk

Tips

these are so low in calories I usually eat 2! Great on the go recipe!


Directions

Heat oven to 375. Spray regular size cupcake pans.
Mix all ingredients, beating eggs heavily.
Fill muffin cups 3/4 full.
Cook until brown (25 mins approx)
Let cool and store in fridge.
