    6 hard boiled large eggs
    1 medium stalk celery, minced
    1 TBS. mustard
    2 TBS. mayo
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/2 tsp. dill weed, dried


Place 6 large eggs in sauce pan and add cold water to cover eggs plus an inch or so higher. Place on med-high for 18 minutes.

While eggs cooking, mince celery and measure condiments & spices into a bowl.

Shell eggs and add to bowl. Chop and mix salad. Refrigerate for at least an hour for best flavor enhancement. Serve with crackers on a bed of lettuce with sliced veggies or on a sandwich.

Serving Size: Makes four 'lunch' size servings.
