    Steel Cut Oats, dry, 2.5 cup (remove)
    *Teff grain, 1 cup (remove)
    Walnuts, .25 cup, chopped (remove)


Can store for a week, covered in fridge. Cut each serving as needed and reheat.


add ingredients to 6 cups of water -- bring to a boil. Turn heat to simmer and continue to stir until water is absorbed.
