Just like the Olive Garden's but with a healthier twist. Just like the Olive Garden's but with a healthier twist.
Number of Servings: 18


    tsp oil
    1 lb ground turkey
    med onion - diced
    cup julienned carrots
    3 stalks of celery
    14 oz can of diced tomatoes
    1 can kidney beans
    1 can white beans
    32 oz beef stock
    2 tsp italian seasoning
    1 tsp parsley
    1 tsp pepper
    1 tsp garlic powder
    - 1 tsp tabasco sauce
    Salt to taste
    2 - 24 oz jars Prego Meat Spaghetti sauce
    4 oz dry pasta


Top with a little parmesan & romano cheese blend


Saute turkey in oil until it starts to brown. Add onions, carrots, celery, and tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes. Drain and rinse beans and add to pot. Add beef stock and spices. Then add spaghetti sauce and noodles. Simmer about 45 minutes until celery and carrots are tender.
