    3 c lettuce greens
    1 tomato, wedges
    1 small cucumber, peeled, cut in half lengthwise, sliced
    2 radishes, thinly sliced and quartered
    1/2 carrot, peeled, matchsticks
    1/4 small red onion, sliced thin
    2 hard boiled eggs
    1 c croutons
    1/4 c feta cheese

    1 T red wine venegar
    1 t lemon juice
    1/2 t dried oregano
    1/4 t minced garlic
    4 T olive oil
    salt and pepper


Combine lettuce through red onion, and dress with vinaigrette.
Top with eggs, croutons, and feta

Serving Size: 2 cups
