Introduction

Delicious no-bread mozzarella sticks for the low carb dieter! Delicious no-bread mozzarella sticks for the low carb dieter!
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    Reduced Fat String Cheese (5 sticks)
    2 Eggs
    1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp Flour (optional)
    2 Tbsp Olive Oil

Tips

Remember that the calories will be a little less per serving, because you won't use all of the Parmesan or egg in the recipe!!!


Directions

Set stove top to about medium temp, put your oil in your pan.
Beat two eggs in a bowl. Mix grated Parmesan, garlic powder together.
Cut string cheese into halves.
Dip the string cheese into the egg mixture, then in your Parmesan mixture.
(Add the flour to the dry mixture.) Then repeat dipping in egg and cheese.
Fry the cheese for about 5 minutes or until golden brown and ENJOY!
