    Canned chicken breast packed in wter, Reduced or no added sodium Chicken broth, Better'n Eggs PLUs or egg beaters type product.


I have found that it warms up well in the microwave, and also freezes well.


pour chicken broth into a large 2quart or large sauce pan. Cover and bring to a boil, reduce to about a medium heat, then pour egg product in slowly, while stirring consistantly to prevest sticking or burning on the bottom of the pan. as the egg cooks it will form scrambled egg like pieces and when it has finished cooking the egg, add the DRAINEd canned chicken breast, and cook on low heat for about 5-10 minutes or till ready to serve. You can add spices to taste of course. Serve and Enjoy!!
