Introduction

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    Arbor Mist Peach Wine, 2 serving Would of been the whole bottle but I drank some!
    2 Med Pears Peeled
    1/2 Med Mango peeled
    Almond Milk Silk Pure Almond Unsweetened 1 cup
    2 vanilla ice cream cup
    Cool Whip Lite, 4 tbsp
    To taste on the spices
    Cinnamon, alspice, cloves, Vanilla

Tips

This was my first attempt at a sweet sauce with wine it was ok but I am sure it could be improved upon Just mess with!!


Directions

In a sauce pan combine
Wine spices and cored and peeled pears.
Put lid on and let simmer for 30 minutes
Take pears out set aside to cool
add mashed up Mango
Almond Milk
Let reduce to about half or more
Let cool to just warm
take ice cream cup slice one pear on each cover with sauce and 2 tbsp of whipped cream on top.
You will have plenty of left over sauce
Sometimes if I can afford it calorie wise I will add some granola or chopped nuts on top for some crunch.
