    1/2 red pepper
    1/2 green pepper
    1/4 onion
    1 small box Pacific tomato-red pepper soup


Heat oil in small soup pot. Chop peppers and onions into bite-sized pieces (not too small). Sautee in olive oil until soft. Pour soup into pot and heat through.
Especially delicious when topped with a bit of creme fraiche; sour cream would work, too.
