    2 Chicken Breast
    2 T cumin
    1/2 sour cream
    2 oz. chedar cheese
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    6 torillas
    2 cans enchillada sauce


If you have a kitchen aid mixer use that to shread the chicken.


Set oven to 375.
boil chicken breast, and shread once cooked. mix chicken, cumin, sour cream, cream of chicken, chedar cheese to gether.

spay pan with no stick cooking spray.

fill tortilla with chicken mixture and roll up torilla and place in the pan, repeat until the mixture is gone.
pour enchillada sauce on top of the tortillas and place in the oven.

bake for 25-30 mintues- tops should look slighly crispy
