    4 (4oz) Salmon steaks
    2 TBS sesame oil
    1/2 tsp dry mustard
    1/8 tsp garlic powder
    2 TBS lemon juice
    2 TBS soy sauce
    1/2 tsp ground ginger


Place salmon in a shallow pan. Combine rest of the ingredients in a small bowl. Pour over steaks and let stand at room temperature 1 hour, turning once. (I often marinate in the fridge for a few hours). Drain and reserve marinade. Place Salmon on broiler pan. Broil 3 inches from heat 5 minutes. Turn and brush with marinade, then broil 5 minutes longer.
I usually place on grill and grill each side.
