    4 T butter
    1 onion, diced
    4 Herb Ox beef bouillon cubes
    2 lb. frozen broccoli
    2 C milk
    1 lb velveeta cheese
    8 oz. ground beef, cooked and drained
    8 C water
    2/3 C cornstarch
    1 T. garlic powder


Saute onions in butter till soft.
Add 7 C water, bouillon, ground beef, and broccoli.
Simmer till broccoli is soft.
Add cheese and stir till melted.
Add milk & garlic powder.
Mix cornstarch with 1 C water and stir to blend.
Slowly pour cornstarch mix into soup and stir till thickened.
Salt and pepper to taste.
