Introduction

Very tasty and low calorie egg salad Very tasty and low calorie egg salad
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    5 Large Hard Boiled Eggs
    (Use only 2 whole eggs, and 3 egg whites)
    3 Tsp. Yellow Mustard
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Mayonnaise

Directions

Boil 5 lg. eggs.
After peeling eggs, place 2 whole boiled eggs into a bowl and 3 boiled egg whites into same bowl.
Use a fork to mash the eggs together into small pieces.
Add mayo and mustard. You can also do a couple dashes of pepper/salt if you like.
Mix ingredients together well.

Serve by self or I make a sandwich out of it on Nature's Own White Wheat bread.

Makes 2 sandwiches/serving.
