    1 1/8 cup of 1% milk & water about even.
    1 egg
    3 TBS butter
    2 TBS sugar
    1 cup whole wheat flour (king arthur)
    2 cups bread flour (king arthur)
    1/2 cup of reg. oatmeal (uncooked)
    1 1/2 t. salt
    2 t. yeast


You can add a few teaspoons of seeds (seasme or flax).


Add in order to bread machine.
Set for 1.5 lb loaf
Remove from pan and cool on rack.
Let cool before slicing.

Serving Size: Makes apx 12 slices of bread
