    *Quaker Oats 100% Natural Whole Grain oatmeal, 6 cup (remove)
    *Sesame Seeds, .5 cup (remove)
    Sunflower Seeds, with salt added, .5 cup (remove)
    Kellogg's Special K Cereal (1 cup), 2 serving (remove)
    Coconut, raw, 2 cup, shredded (remove)
    Honey, .75 cup (remove)
    Maple Syrup, .75 cup (remove)


Makes a great breakfast, light snack or topping for yogurt or ice cream....


Heat oven to 325*
Mix dry ingredients. Mix Honey, syrup and oil until combined well. Pour liquid over Dry ingredients and mix till dry is coated well. Spread on 2 or 3 baking sheets.
Bake at 10 min intervals stirring each time till light brown. About 30 - 40 minutes. When done. spread on wax paper to cool. Store in air tight container.
