10 oz Heavy Cream
2 oz pure coconut oil (or MCT oil)
20 g Green & Black's Cocoa Powder
10 drops Liquid Stevia
This is specifically made for kids and adults on a high-fat, low carbohydrate, medium protein diet (normally under the supervision of a dietician)uch as for seizures and certain cancers) THIS IS NOT LOW FAT OR CALORIES! But it is tasty and effective.
MCT oil will raise the fat count slightly (about an extra gram of fat per serving) so plan accordingly.
