Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    * Sea Bass (fish), 1 fillet diced
    * Shrimp, cooked, 3 oz (approx 12 medium)
    * Clams or mussels, steamed (12 medium)
    * *Potato, raw, 1.5 cup diced
    * Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    * Celery, raw, 2 cup, diced
    * Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    * Garlic, 3 cloves
    * Butternut Squash, 1 cup, cubes
    * Butter, salted, 1 tbsp
    * Milk, nonfat, 1.5 cup
    * Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 can

Directions

Saute onions & garlic in butter and salt as desired. Add seafood and cook for 3 minutes. Add all other ingredients except for milk. Add water to cover all ingredients by 1 inch (about 4 cups) Season to taste.

Cook on low heat (perfect for crock pot) for about 6 hours. Let rest for 1/2 hour with no heat. Stir in milk. Serve.
