    Mushrooms, fresh, 200 grams (Chanterlle)
    Butter, salted, 15 grams
    Garlic, 1 cloves
    Sour Cream, 1 tbsp
    Parsley, 1 tbsp


Serve as an accompaniement to meat or as a filling for a crepe or omlette.


Melt the butter and the garlic and simmer briefly. Remove the garlic and add the mushrooms. Cook as long as it takes for the mushrooms to soften and the juices to cook down. Add salt and papper to taste, mix with parsley and sour cream.
