This is my favorite quick breakfast! Kefir is somewhat like liquid yogurt. It's high in protein and a good source of healthy bacteria and 99% Lactose Free. This is my favorite quick breakfast! Ingredients

    1 handful fresh spinach
    1 c. frozen unsweetened blueberries
    1 tbsp flax meal
    1 scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder ( I prefer Beverly's)

Tips

you can replace any frozen fruit for the blueberries!


Directions

put all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.

Serving Size: makes 1 smoothie
