Ingredients

    1 lb of lean ground turkey
    1 head of cabbage, chopped
    1 can diced tomatoes (Italian Style)
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 onion, diced
    1 green bell pepper, diced
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1/4 tsp dried thyme
    1/4 tsp black pepper
    3 cups cooked rice

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Boil chopped cabbage
Prepare rice according to package directions to make 3 cups.
Saute onions and peppers, add ground turkey and cook until turkey is done through.
Put into a large pan sprayed with butter spray, add cabbage, diced tomatoes and tomato sauce and seasonings.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minuts.
