    1.25 c. flour
    5 T butter
    3T water
    2 cloves garlic
    pinch of salt

    1T olive oil
    10 canned or fresh artichoke hearts
    6oz bay shrimp - pre cooked
    1/2 red onion sliced
    2 egg whites
    1 c. jack cheese
    1T rosemary
    2/3 c. milk


makes 6 servings
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a mixing bowl mix flour, butter and garlic until it comes to a crumb like consistancy then add water and knead into a dough. Roll dough on counter top large enough to fill a 11" tart pan. Place dough in tart pan and set aside.

saute onions in olive oil about 5 min. Add artichokes and shrimp and saute another 2 min. At the same time combine milk, cheese and rosemary in a small bowl. Once artichokes, onions and shrimp are ready combine them in a bowl with the milk mixture. Spoon filling into prepared crust and bake for 25 min. or until top is cooked through.
Enjoy hot or cold.
