Ingredients

    *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz
    *Soup, canned: Campbell's, Chicken Gumbo, Light, abt 2.5 servings/can, 2.5 serving
    Water, tap, .5 cup (8 fl oz)
    Salt, .5 tsp
    Onions, raw, 1 small
    *Ketchup, Heinz, 1 tbsp
    Yellow Mustard, 2 tsp
    Minute Rice, 3 cup

Directions

Brown ground turkey and onion till cooked through.
Prepare rice according to package.
Add remainig ingredients to turkey and onion mixture.
Simmer to reduce.
Serve over rice.
