Number of Servings: 12


    Granulated Sugar, 6 tsp
    *active dry yeast, 1 tsp
    *Flour, Whole Wheat Bread Flour, Rogers Brand, 450 gram
    Salt, 1.5 tsp
    Fred Meyer Margarine (hard), 4 tbsp
    **Benefiber (2 tsp- 3.5g), 3 serving


I use a bread bakery but you can mix by hand and kneed by hand and let rise twice.
Put all ingredients into bread bakery as per machines instructions. Use dough setting.'
When dough is done,Warm oven to about 175F. Then turn off. Use two ounces of dough to create each breadstick by rolling to form 7 inch sticks. Place on greased cookie sheet.
Or roll 2 ounces of dough into three balls and place in greased cupcake pans. Place in oven to rise for about 30 minutes. Remove from oven and preheat oven to 375F. Bake for 12 minutes. If desired like resturant, after baking paint with butter and sprinkle with garlic salt.
