Number of Servings: 6


    1 1/4 lbs round steak, cut into thin strips
    1 medium green pepper, julienned
    1 medium onion, julienned
    2 tbsp brummel and brown yogurt spread
    2 (15 oz) cans tomato sauce
    1 1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1/2 package fettucine
    1/3 c shredded parmesan


Partially freeze the steak before slicing to make it easier.


In a skillet, saute steak, green pepper and onion in brummel and brown until meat is not pink, about 10 minutes. Stir in seasonings and tomato sauce. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes with a lid on. While meat is simmering, cook fettucine and drain. Top with steak mixture and parmesan cheese.
