    White Rice, long grain, 1 cup(remove)
    Yogurt, plain, low fat, 2 cup (8 fl oz)(remove)
    *cheese-Monterrey Jack, 1 oz(remove)
    *Green Chili Peppers, canned, .25 cup(remove)
    Salt, .5 tsp(remove)


Cook rice as usual with salt.
Then add yogurt, cheeses, and chilies. Stir, and let cheese melt. It is a wet kind of rice, like a cheesey sauce. I often put it in the oven and let cook a bit at 350.
