    1/4 c. melted butter
    10 eggs
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    7 oz. can of green chiles
    2 cups of cottage cheese
    1/2 lb. swiss cheese
    1/2 lb. pepper jack
    1lb. turkey breakfast sausage


Great with Salsa. Really good without the sausage.


mix eggs and butter. Add flour, baking powder and salt. mix in all remaining ingredients. Pour into a 9X13 pan. bake @ 350 for 45 minutes or until center is set. 1/2 of the recipe equals a round cake pan or a 10 inch pie plate.
