    1/2 cupoatmeal or oat bran
    1/2 cup almond milk
    1 large egg
    1/2 tbsp dried parsley
    1 tsp onion powder
    1/2 tsp salt (optional)
    1/4 tsp black pepper
    1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
    1 lb turkey ground meat


If make loaf and meatballs use 425 degree oven for meatballs for about 12 minutes or done. Then put loaf in oven at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.


Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mix first 8 ingredients, add ground meat and mix well. Shape into 1 1/2 inch balls (smaller or larger based on your taste) arrange on baking sheet (I prefer glass pan). Spray with olive oil or similar. Bake 12 minutes or done. Meatballs only makes 48 meatballs.

Serving Size: Makes 1 loaf or 6 meatballs and 1/2 loaf
