    *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz (remove)
    *Cumin - ground (1 tsp), 1 tsp (remove)
    Cinnamon, ground, .5 tbsp (remove)
    Salt, .5 tsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, .12 tsp (remove)
    Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 4 cup, shredded or chopped (remove)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) (remove)
    Breakstone Fat Free Sour Cream, 8 tbsp (remove) (1/2 Cup)
    Lime Juice, 10 mL (remove) (2 tsp)
    Salsa, 1 cup (remove)


I also crushed a few Tostito chips and sprinkled those on top.


Brown the ground turkey-add cumin, cinnamon, salt and pepper. In another glass bowl, combine the chopped tomato (I used 2 roma tomatoes), salsa, sour cream and lime juice and mix together. Add the meat mixture. Spoon over the shredded lettuce. AWESOME!
