Ingredients

    1 c. Brown Rice
    1 c. Lentils (Any variety)
    4 c. Vegetable Broth
    3/4 package frozen broccoli
    1 t. salt
    2 t. curry powder

Directions

Rinse rice and lentils in a colander and add to rice cooker.
Add remaining ingredients. Run rice cooker on brown rice setting.
