    1/2 cup chopped onion
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/4 cup unsalted butter
    1 lb. extra lean ground beef
    2 Tbsp. all purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 can sliced mushrooms
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 cup (8oz) fat free sour cream
    1 pckg.(12 oz) whole wheat egg noodles


In large nonstick skillet, melt butter; saute onions and garlic in butter. Stir in ground beef and brown. Add flour, salt, pepper, and mushrooms. Cook for 5 minutes. Stir in soup ans simmer uncovered for 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream and heat all the way through.

Serve on top of cooked egg noodles.

(1 cup noodles, 1 cup sauce)
