Ingredients

    Ingredients:

    Fennel, 1 bulb thinly sliced
    300 gr Barilla pasta uncooked
    1 lg can Alymer Diced Tomatoes
    500 grams Hot Italian Turkey Italian Sausage, sliced
    2 packages Spinach, fresh(10 oz each) chopped
    1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Directions

Saute the sliced sausage and fennel. Add tomatoes. Cook pasta. Just before it is done to your desired firmness, add the spinach. Drain and toss with sausage and vegetables. Serve immediately, and top with parmesan cheese.

Serving Size: Serves 6 generously
