Ingredients

    16 oz pork tenderloin
    1/2 cup fat free italian dressing
    1 cup barbecue sauce

Directions

poke hole in meat with a fork pour the salad dressing over pork and slow roast in a 200* oven for3 hours. Drain and cool, then shred pork , returning to pan mix the barbecue sauce into the meat and return to oven fr 1 more hour then serve on buns or plate.
