    2 medium boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    2 tbsp honey
    3 tsp Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce
    2 tbsp lime juice
    1 tsp cornstarch
    1/4 cup pineapple tidbits


1. Brown chicken breasts in pan with cooking spray.
2. While chicken is cooking, combine honey, soy sauce, lime juice and cornstarch & mix well. Add pineapple & mix again.
3. Pour mixture over chicken breasts, cover & simmer 5 - 10 minutes till sauce is thickened and chicken is cooked through.
4. Serve by pouring sauce over chicken breasts on individual plates.

    So glad you liked my recipe! I've had to learn to cook for one this year with my husband deployed, and this worked well - one serving for now & one for later!
