If you like pepper and cheese but want to go easy on the sodium then The Tomato soup if just for you. If you like pepper and cheese but want to go easy on the sodium then The Tomato soup if just for you.
Number of Servings: 4


    2 tbsp of Canola Oils or Unsalted butter
    1-1/2 tbsp of White All Purpose Flour
    14.5 oz can of Diced Tomatoes *with out salt
    1 cup of Low fat 1% Milk
    1 cup of Water
    3 tbsp of Boursin Pepper Cheese (about)
    1 medium sized pot
    1 blender


This may go well with a grill cheese or imitation/veggie bacon bites.


Set stove to a medium-high temp.
1)In the pot place mix the canola oil and flour fro about 2 minutes or until the mixture is warm and a light brown color. If you are using butter melt if first.
2)Mix in the caned tomato, let heat for 5-7 minutes. Stir occasionally.
3)When small bubbles form remove from heat and then pour in the milk and water as needed. You do not want it to be too water so it is okay to use less of the water if needed.
4)Place back onto heat and cover it for 5-7 minutes. Don't let if come to a full biol and stir occasionally.
5) After small bubbled begin to arise again turn off stove and remove form heat. Pour the mixture into the blender on Puree for apx.30 seconds.
6)After you mixture looks creamy and there are no tomato chunks left place your soup back into you pot and stir in your Boursin Pepper Cheese.
7)Enjoy you Tomato soup ;)
