Ingredients

    8 oz. Jeni-O Lean Ground Turkey
    1 Can Red Kidney Beans
    1 Small Onion
    1 Can Diced Organic Tomatoes
    1 Can Diced Tomatoes with no salt added

    Salt, Pepper, Red Pepper Flakes, Chili Powder to Taste

Directions

Sautee onion in Pam
Add Turkey and cook thoroughly
Add tomatoesand Beans
Season to Taste
Simmer for one hour
