Introduction

Ingredients

    1.25 Lb Ground Turkey 93% lean
    .25 cup bell peppers (diced)
    .50 cup fresh tomatoes (diced)
    .25 cup spinach (torn into pieces)
    .25 cup Quaker Oats
    .25 raw onion (diced)
    2 eggs
    1 packet onion soup mix

Tips

I served this with twice baked potatoes and a salad. It was a wonderful dinner!


Directions

Mix all ingredients together and press into loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 60 minutes. Brush top with ketchup if desired (not included in calorie count)

Serving Size: Serves 6, approximately (2) one inch slices each
