    1 Quart (4 cups) - Water
    32 oz (2lbs) - HoneySuckle Ground White Turkey Breast
    1 tsp - Ground Cinnamon
    1 tsp - Ground Cumin
    2 large - Chopped Onions
    1 tsp - Worcestershire Sauce
    1 toe (about 2tsps crushed) - Garlic
    2 tbsp (adjust to taste) - Chili powder
    1 tbsp - black Pepper
    1 tbsp - Salt
    1/2 tsp (adjust to taste) - Red Pepper Flakes.
    1 1/2 tsp - Allspice
    1 can (6 oz) - Tomato Paste
    1 1/2 tbsp - Cider Vinegar
    3 Large - Whole Bay leaves


Crumble raw meat (do not brown) into water, add all ingredients. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 3 hours. Remove bay leaves and garlic toe (if used). Best served over spaghetti or hot dogs w/ shredded cheese and diced onions. (10-12 servings)
